Beginning of March, Albany Standard: WA

A 5hr drive south to the southern most point of Wetsren Australia, was to be the place of my firt standard of 07. Coming out of the swim in 1st, and off the undulating bike in 2nd, managing to hold onto the same position for the 10km race. Starting to come together, still needing some work on bike strength and a great deal on run speed.
