Quiberon Triathlon 2 Sept

Next up was a 1500m sea swim, 40 'odd'k's around Quiberon and then 10k's next to 'the plage'..beach! I decided to rack my bike first (enter transition and set up next to your number), and after setting up, was in the process of heading out for my warm up and the 'arbitres' said I couldnt leave transition. After a brief exchange of words in French, yes, not French sentences, I had made no headway and went back to my 'possi' and put the running shoes on for warm up. C'est French regulamentations' I was told... rrrrrr!!! The day ended well with a first out the water, 6th off the bike and 3rd in the end. Getting there..
